Caroline Desroches is Managing Director in charge of the Finance and Risk Consulting area of Insurance at Accenture France. She first joined Accenture in 2001. Caroline organizes and drives programs for operational efficiency in line with financial, prudential and business developments evolutions. She also leads and coordinates our studies on the impact of major regulatory changes in the insurance sector to normative, organization, talent, new business models and IT perspectives.
