Sean is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Customer Insight and Growth Practice working with clients across the Financial Services industry. He has over 20 years management consulting experience, leading customer, digital and innovation initiatives for leading insurers, wealth managers and banks delivering technology-enabled, strategic change. Amongst other career highlights, Sean has recently delivered increases in retention and income for a UK Insurer, through the application of analytics, artificial intelligence, Next Best Action strategies and new ways of working. In 2015, Sean was named UK Digital Consultant of the Year by the Management Consulting Association.
